This 2 bedroom cozy cottage and it’s book-end, Cozy West, was built in the 40’s. It’s cozy and has everything you need. It’s just a 2 minute walk down Melbourne St. to the beach. A stroll in the other direction will take you to the Port Albert General Store for ice-cream and a visit to the fishway to find out about the preservation of trout and salmon in the Nine Mile River. If you want to fish from the bank, have a look at renting Avoca North or South, for direct access to the river.
